And how could they have left these immortal lines off the list: "There's a lot of things about me that you don't know anything about, Dottie. Things you wouldn't understand. Things you couldn't understand. Things you shouldn't understand. You don't want to get mixed up with a guy like me. I'm a loner, Dottie. A rebel."
and what about jerry lewis's "mmmflavinlame-indoyle-beeflavin-dayvil - oy"....said with remarkable loveableness whenever he was suddenly flummoxed into embarassment. He is a wonder and should have been included for at least something. Oh, yes, I know it isn't about personalities, it's about dialogue, but, oh my, really, let's be fair to the master.

ama shocked that Steve Reeves' "By the gods" - said three hundred and twelve times in 4 movies - was not among the ten. This is an outrage.

"I'll make him an offer he can't refuse."
"That'll be the day."
"You dirty rat." (OK, never said by Cagney, but it gets the same pass as "Beam me up, Scotty.")
I read these and wrote the following:
But some of these are crying out for revision. Here, then, are how they can be (mis) used in the 21st century:
1. "I'll be ME" - The Terminator
2. "Frankly, my dear, I’LL BE BACK " - Gone With The Wind
3. "Beam me up, PUNK" - Star Trek
4. "May the force be with ME" - Star Wars
5. "Life is like a box of MONEY" - Forrest Gump
6. "You talking to THE FORCE?" - Taxi Driver
7. "Show me THE BACK" - Jerry Maguire
8. "Do you feel lucky, SCOTTY?" - Dirty Harry
9. "Here's looking at you, BABY" – Casablanca
10. "Nobody puts CHOCOLATES in the corner" - Dirty Dancing

Nice Pee Wee line, jtd.
Mediocre list. There are so many obvious omissions:
I'll have what she's having.
The Cap'n's Godfather line.
Stella!
Over? Did you say 'over'? Was it over when the Germans bombed Pearl Harbor?
(You know I had to get an Animal House line in.)
With the exception of the Dirty Dancing line I've heard or even been known to use most of these. Who quotes DD? A much less than memorable movie.
I like quotable movies and their quotes:
"Badges, badges! We don' need no stinkin' badges." quoted from Treasure of the Sierra Madre in the more famous Blazing Saddles
"We'll stay up late swapping manly stories. And in the morning, I'm making waffles." (Shrek)
So much more to choose from.
