This would be the kind of thing that explains NEWSWEEK's dwindling circulation, and even they wouldn't commit it to paper. Rarely have I seen, outside of the likes of such fictional circumstances as FOOTLOOSE the film, people so desperate to be scandalized. Though the cited incidents of rudeness probably should've been dealt with, I did enjoy the notion that sending text messages is well beyond the pale of even the activities of criminal gangs.
Yeah, I was thinking when I saw the story, "This is in Newsweek?
Cheerleaders. Bikinis. Booze. Simulated fellatio. As they say on fark.com, "It's not news, it's FARK."
And it should be a made-for-TV movie.
Looks like Newsweek is short of line editors, as well as material:
"And he rebuked Theret for failing to balance her dueling obligations as a mother and a principal."
