cleveland.com: During sobriety tests the man refused to recite the alphabet because he said he was unfamiliar with it.

Maybe it was the Sharia alphabet.

I actually like the second report ("Impaired driving, Oakmount Road") better.
Because drugs, once again, are implicated.

These locales are close to my old neighborhood. I used to bike and drive through there all the time, but never thought of them as the Mean Streets they now seem to have become.
