Still the Beaver was pretty good, IMHO, because much of it was flashbacks of the original series. We got to see how Ward's advice is still useful both when the sequel was made and today.
Amazing to me that the writer makes a big deal about Ward Cleaver being dead in "Still The Beaver" without actually bothering to mention (maybe because he didn't research it enough to know) that Hugh Beaumont had died before the production of the TV movie was even under consideration.
