Bonus Forgotten Book

AbeBooks.com: Roosevelt’s One-Man Army – Illustrator Arthur Szyk: "Arthur Szyk created what is arguably the most beautiful book of all time. This Polish-born illustrator also used his art as a weapon against Fascism during World War II to such devastating effect that Eleanor Roosevelt described him as “a one-man army.”"

for a mere 57 thousand bucks. The illustrations remind me of the ones in the Grimm's Fairy Tales books I had as a kid..

Not forgotten by me!
The praise is a little over-the-top but Szyk had the "knack", no doubt about it. There are plenty of "cheap" books with Szyk illustrations that are just as good.
