Child's Play, The Sixth Sense, Gremlins??? Ptah! Like most other "best" lists, this one seems to be made by a bunch of candyasses who don't know the genre and who never heard of a film made before they were teenagers -- and who have never looked up the definition of "scariest".

I'll admit, my choice for "Scariest Movie Ever Made" is a bit idiosyncratic: most people haven't heard of it, much less seen it.

But the scariest movie I've seen, so far in my life, is Frederick Wiseman's "Titicut Follies".

other anonymous person: speak for yourself about the 6th sense-if a ghost came to ask you about your problems you'd be pissing your pants. Also, I think ALIEN should be ranked higher than Rosemary's baby and TX Chainsaw should be on there somewhere
