I wonder, though, in seeing some of these interviews, how pre-programmed the questions are (and how much flexibility the interviewer builds in to pursue interesting answers). (And if you had to interview yourself, what questions would you ask? Do you think you'd ask yourself a surprising question?)
Most of the recent interviews haven't been pre-programmed, although this one was, I think. Supposedly I have one coming up in CrimeSpree that does have a question that surprised me, and it wasn't one I thought of myself.

Great interview, and wonderful opening for your book.
