When 10 of the 15 were made since Y2K, and all of them since Ronald Reagan was elected president, you know someone has an interesting perspective of "all time." The worst movie I personally have ever seen is "The Terror of Tiny Town," which yu can read about here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Terror_of_Tiny_Town and watch here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Pehsws6QYEo
Although "Reefer Madness," in addition to being unintentionally hilarious, is aldo awful.
Dumb and Dumberer: When Harry Met Lloyd National Lampoon's Men in White Breakfast of Champions House of the Dead Dorm Daze 2 Meet the Spartans Dude, Where's My Car? Legally Blondes Extreme Movie I Still Know What You Did Last Summer Hercules in New York Cannonball Run II Wieners National Lampoon's Class Reunion Smokey and the Bandit Part 3 Dangerous Curves Mardi Gras: Spring Break
There's some pretty tough competition for the Worst Ever title.
Hercules In New York at least contains the only known motion picture appearance of Parnell Hall (author of over 40 mystery novels)...he turned to writing mysteries as a good alternative to his acting "career."
Again, no sense of History. Besides omitting the bad classics like GLEN OR GLENDA? and ROBOT MONSTER, they also leave out my personal least-favorites: THAT COLD DAY IN THE PARK and LEGEND OF THE LONE RANGER.

List is worthless without "The Room"!
Once again, Deb beat me to it. I'd like to put in a vote for THE ALPHA INCIDENT too.
All look pretty bad, probably why I have never seen any of them.
Where are Manos: The Hands of Fate, Exterminator City or After Last Season?
Kids these days have no sense of history...

Parnell didn't appear in C.H.U.D., but I believe he wrote it. Too lazy to check.
