They should add liver.
I like liver. I think they should add garlic.
Doesn't bother me to be missing out on those...(the raw milk thing might, but I can't drink milk).
That bird thing...yuck, just yuck!
Ortolans are pretty bad, but maybe not as bad as Roman dormice. With garlic crust! Yum!
