I have read and re-read Jesus' Son. It is one fantastic short story collection/shared story novel. It should be read from beginning to end but the novella Beverly Home is also a great stand alone piece.

I have also read a few of his essays and poems (he was a great poet).

Last thing I read was the novella Train Dreams. Moody. Atmospheric. Moving. Beautifully written.
