Another classic that's gotten a reboot recently as the tune for a TV ad, I forget for what product. Who'd have thought that music I listened to at age 19 would still be around at age never-mind.
I loved Jackie DeShannon since the 1960s. She stopped singing, but kept writing songs. I think her biggest hit was "Bette Davis Eyes" by Kim Carnes.
She does a little radio bit for XM these days, I think. Or she was doing it for a while.
