I knew Thelma Lou (I mean Betty Lynn) had moved to Mayberry (Mount Airy) some years ago. I vaguely remember from the book about Andy and Don Knotts that she had a crush on Andy.
One of my favorites and a gorgeous woman. Hard to believe she made just $13,000 from her Andy Griffith Show run. On the other hand, I don't think Don Knotts got rich off the show, either.
