McGee is one of the series characters that I've never had a solid picture of in mind as I read the books, unlike Mike Shayne or Shell Scott (both from cover art).
I didn't like the cover image that Gold Medal used for Matt Helm, but I did like the ones for Sam Durrell and McGee.
And I shouldn't forget Shell Scott here.
