I still remember Penny giving a masher the glass filled with yellow liquid and watching him drink it. It turned out to be urine. These were silly goofy fun books.
I think I bought this one when it was new. I picked up used copies of the first couple of Man From O.R.G.Y. books and then bought everything else I could find by Ted Mark. Of course I had to sneak them into the house, but hey, that was part of the fun, I guess.
