Yeah,those are hard to come by in Florida.
This seems to confirm what I've come to believe after reading articles on crime. Unless you have some connection to organized crime, you won't be able to find a hitman. Anyone you meet who claims to be a hitman will turn out to be a cop.
That's almost invariably true, at least in Texas.
