My brother's girl friend is Japanese, when they visited they brought over green tea ice cream which wasn't very good.
I'll bet it wasn't.
It's an apparently popular flavor in Japan. She liked it and I think my brother did. My parents and I just tried to be polite about it.It's probably a good thing he didn't bring squid ice cream.
