I picked it up off the stands new. I think I'm one of the few who liked the Belmont Shadow series. I found the first issue, RETURN OF THE SHADOW by Walter B. Gibson in 1964 while stationed in Turkey. It led me to the pulps and all 325 Shadow novels, plus the Belmonts.
