I would have voted for "actually" , followed by "lock down".
In phrases, the one I hate is "You know what I'm saying."
Also in the running: Like ya know (I realize that's three words, but they function as one) along with bro and dude.

My most hated one is "I'm like." "You know/unnerstand what I'm saying?" is a close second.
Basically ... because it is NEVER needed in any sentence. Its sole purpose to give its speakers time to collect (if possible) their meager thoughts (of which they always have a paucity.) I grind my teeth in protest.
