I agree with Je,ff
When, I, went, to, HPU, many, students, were, afraid, to, miss, the, proper, use, of, the, comma, so, they, went, overboard, sometimes.
No one uses a comma after the year of a full date anymore. When I use it, people edit it out. Frustrating to say the least.
