Second Vintage Superman Comic Found By David Gonzalez After First Sells For $175,000: A Minnesota contractor who found a rare Superman comic book that sold for $175,000 this week discovered another vintage Man of Steel comic in the walls of the same house.
David Gonzalez recently unearthed a copy of Superman #4 from the spring of 1940, ComicConnect.com COO Vincent Zurzolo told The Huffington Post on Friday. The comic could be worth between $500 and $5,000, Zurzolo estimates.

My suggestion to that guy would be to carefully disassemble that house wall-by-wall. Odds are there are more comics in there and if they're vintage and in good condition, he can make enough money to build a whole new house from the ground up.
/On a related note, I found a nickel the other day.
Which puts you four cents ahead of me.
I was going to mention Bill's penny find. I did once find a $5 bill but that was a long time ago.
And once we won from tickets to one of those horrible Disney on Ice things and had to go because they were announcing the big prize winner at the intermission. After we didn't win (Texan Liz Smith picked the winner) we left.
