RIO BRAVO, of course -- the whole first scene up through Claude Akins' arrest.

THE GOOD THE BAD AND THE UGLY -- Eastwood tracking Wallach across the desert by following his burned-out campfires and cigar butts, and knowing he's getting close when he draws smoke from the stub at the final campfire.

DRACULA -- As the Count slides across his crypt. Not only was the sequence great, but the silence became a character of its own in the movie.
