Wow! New generations of Texas SF writers! Now, I can see Jack Williamson as the great-great Granddad of Texas SF. (Yeah, I know, but he came through Pecos in a covered wagon as a kid, so I'm counting him!), and maybe Chad Oliver as Granddad or great-Granddad, but Bruce Sterling or Howard Waldrop (and a big Etc.) as Daddys of Texas SF !?! I'm not even getting into Mas & Grandmas. Time flies when you're having fun!
