Anaroebic digesters are supposed to work great. A large cheese operation up the road uses cow manure digesters for all their electric power and heat. Once the manure is digested it still works great as fertilizer but has no smell. (Unlike the chicken manure I could smell this morning.)
I think that second one is pretty darn cool, but around here, someone would probably steal it, just like they did the 3 air-conditioning units outside a local church during the heat wave we had. Rumor was they were a hot sell on the black market. Sheesh
