I had no idea so many of those were debut novels. (Although, wasn't "Gone With the Wind" Margaret Mitchell's first--and only--novel? If so, that should have been included.)

I always thought 'Player Piano" by Vonnegut kinda sucked.

Another sad thing -- since so many of these books are recent, they will fall away too. Like...
