The first time I clicked on the link I found some obscure Wikipedia article--don't remember the subject (some woman I disremember).
When I found the article, a cursory scan made me laugh. I'm more worried about the death-blow to spelling delivered by the txt msg culture than I am about punctuation.

I use semicolons frequently; I probably use them incorrectly.

How can you read Spillane without knowing what a semicolon is?
