Don't Invite this Guy to Dinner

Thanks to Jeff Meyerson for the link.

iWon News - Holy Cow! 103 Hamburgers in 8 Minutes: " CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (AP) - A competitive eater who has already triumphed at a famous hot dog eating contest swallowed 103 small hamburgers in 8 minutes Sunday to take home $10,000.

Joey Chestnut, 23, of San Jose, Calif., surpassed the previous record of 97 Krystal burgers - 2 1/2 inches square - held by Japan's Takeru Kobayashi, set at last year's Krystal Square Off.

'We never thought we'd see someone anywhere near, let alone past, the century mark when we started the Krystal Square Off in 2004,' said Brad Wahl, vice president of marketing for The Krystal Co.

Chestnut beat 12 other contestants. Kobayashi, who won all previous Krystal Hamburger Eating Championships, didn't compete this year because of lingering jaw pain from having a wisdom tooth extracted in June."

He wooda ate a lot more of em a lot quiker but the waitress brought him a cuppila ones with unyinz on em and she hadda take them back for some others. so that lost some time. and then a few weren't cookt just rite because, well, the cooks were new and only spoke a rare equickadoorian dialect and then also they brough him fries which he didnt order which also got him sidetracked. then there was the drink snafu. he ordered root beer an they brot him grape soda. i think just ta be a buncha wize gize. he left a tip which i thot sent the rong message for louzy service. he coulda done a lot better if the place had been running a lot smoother. i dont no what the helth-grade of the place wuz. i mean he only ate a hundred of the things, it coulda been they just wirnt that good.

Kabayashi is a wimp with these excuses.

He had the tooth out in June. This is October.

Get over it, loser!
