Me either. I do remember a politician somewhere in Pennsylvania (?) in the late 1970s/early 1980s who called a press conference and proceeded to shoot himself in the head. And there was a guy in Los Angeles some years ago who led police on a high-speed pursuit, then emerged from the car, balanced on the overpass retaining wall, and then (in full view of all the eye-in-the-sky cameras that were broadcasting live) committed suicide. I guess the moral (if there is one) is that there are a lot of mentally-ill people who don't get the help they need.

I have no memory of this at all.
