I admit to an obsession...when outlets do something like this, I always--always--wish they had at least mentioned that writers were involved. (I know it's not always possible to know exactly who wrote which lines, or even whether a specific line was written or ad-libbed...but, still.)

Yes, most of them are memorable, though I would question the order of many. One that doesn't belong - IMHO - is the line from Notting Hill, let alone as high as it's listed.

I see a lot of Wizard of Oz and Casablanca. I have no problem with either.

A surprisingly good list. I was expecting something with every quote from films made after 1990.

Bud, you're right about "Top of the World!" but my personal favorite is Lee Marvin's curtain line from THE KILLERS (1964) "Lady, I don't have the time."
