McKimmey is an author that I stumbled on accidently and I'm glad I did. He cleverly authored some of the best crime novels that I've read. Dell also proved his paperbacks with mighty fine cover art.

I read and enjoyed all his Dell books. I have one from Ballantine that I've never read, though.

An excellent writer who never caught the break he needed and deserved.

All I can say is, "Yep!" I bought McKimmey's books for the covers but I'm glad I read them.

McKimmey is truly a under-appreciated writer. His novels are terrific! The great cover art is amazing, too!
