fast-paced cinematography just means quick-cut, quick-cut, quick-cut, quick-cut, quick-cut, where you don't see much of anything.

A reasonable list but one I miss is the one at the end of THE TESTAMENT OF DR MABUSE. Not spectacular or dazzling, but moody and even eerie.

This is the entire movie with English subtitles. The chase starts at ca 1:53:45 and ends at around 1:57:00. However, be warned that said segment contains a major spoiler.

My guess would be that whoever wrote the article has never seen TESTAMENT and may not even have heard of it.
