Two. But that’s not counting Joe’s BBQ here in Alvin that, for some odd reason, is missing from the list.

Now I know where Patrick Kelley and the rest of the top 1% eat.

Not only would I never go to one of them, all but a couple look completely uninteresting and unappetizing to me.

I guess I'm just not classy enough.

And stay off my lawn!

I've been to two, both in New Orleans, more than 40 years ago.

Three: Gallatoire's, Commander's Palace , and Spago. The first two were fabulous; Spago was not--very loud and the food was waaaay over-salted.

Man years ago HBO ran a documentary about a man who inspected San Francisco restaurants for the health department. Some of the things he found were not only disgusting but shocking. And this applied to restaurants high and low on the ole socio-eeonomic scale. At the end he's interviewed and asked which SF restaurants he frequented. He said: "I never eat at restaurants."

A famous Houston TV guy used to do a "rat and roach" report on restaurants. His advice was to go to restaurants after they'd responded to health department reports and cleaned up.

In Florida they ran the weekly roach report on one of the local news reports. We have letter grades here now and "grade pending" always makes me wonder.

Zero, but in the last week I ate at two Mexican restaurants and a Taco Bell.
