Interesting (if odd) list. Here is the NY from 4/7/65:
1 1 I’M TELLING YOU NOW - Freddie & The Dreamers 2 2 STOP! IN THE NAME OF LOVE - The Supremes 3 10 GO NOW! - The Moody Blues 4 9 I KNOW A PLACE - Petula Clark 5 11 THE MOUSE - Soupy Sales 6 7 SHOTGUN - Jr. Walker & The All Stars 7 3 GAME OF LOVE - Wayne Fontana & The Mindbenders 8 5 KING OF THE ROAD - Roger Miller 9 12 TIRED OF WAITING FOR YOU - The Kinks 10 53 I DO LOVE YOU - Billy Stewart
Others making big jumps were I'll Never Find Another You by The Seekers (from 22 to 11), Mrs. Brown You've Got a Lovely Daughter (which I always called "an ugly daughter" - 43 to 15), The Last Time by the Rolling Stones (44 to 19), and Ooo Baby Baby by The Miracles (46 to 21). Ticket to Ride was the Sure Shot here too.

I was looking for that this morning. I'll send the list from NYC when I get home.
