Long story short: I left my brown-bag lunch overnight in the staff refrigerator at the office where I was working because I'd had to leave unexpectedly earlier that day. When I got the bag out the next day at lunch, someone had taken the ham out of my ham sandwich and very courteously placed the slices of bread back together!
No--but I understood that (possibly apocryphal) story of the person who made burritos and left them in the fridge, where they were promptly stolen by a co-worker. The next day a note was placed in the fridge: Hope you enjoyed the burritos, they were made with Alpo.
