One of my favorites comes from Richard Prather for a Shell Scott novel (quoting approx. from memory): "Dedicated to Kent cigarettes, Hudson Bay Scotch, and Folgers coffee, without which this book would not have been written."Art Scott
That's better than anything on the list. Of course the list-makers have never heard of Shell Scott, I'm sure. Their lives are the poorer for it.
