Not forgotten by me, since I was rather disappointed by THE GREEN MILLENNIUM (after "Poor Superman" and "Coming Attraction," which it's linked with), and the short form of the collection, including the cover, is the better part of that book...but I'm glad to know that the UK edition is rather expanded (even if oddly missing "The Casket Demon").
Odd that O'Neill thinks of GREEN as an "early" novel by Leiber, when I would say mid-period.
