I never watched this show. Was it any good?

I saw it a time or two. Don't remember a thing about it.

Mike Jahn had an interesting career--he wrote a lot of TV series tie-in novels in the 70s, then did a procedural series about police officer Bill Donovan, then moved into non-fiction writing altogether.

Switch was initially a pretty good series about an ex-con and a retired bunko officer who teamed up to pull stings on criminals. Unfortunately, the series moved away from that premise the second season and became just another TV show.

He won an Edgar for Best Paperback for THE QUARK MANEUVER, which would be a good one for a Forgotten Books post.
