UPDATE: State Police catch drunk Comstock Park man in their own parking lot | wzzm13.com | Grand Rapids, MI: "Michigan State Police are always on the lookout for drunk drivers. Early this morning, one driver made it very easy for them.
Troopers from the Paw Paw Post in Van Buren County found a car parked on the lawn of the post at about 2:15am Thursday morning. In the car, they found Todd Olin, 40, of Comstock Park, heavily intoxicated and sick.
Police say Olin could not remember where he was coming from, but said he was heading home and thought he was close."

I assume they were helpful and gave him a ride home, warning him to be more careful the future. That's what cops do, right? Serve and protect, lend a helping hand.
Oh, maybe they gave him a ticket for larking on the lawn. I guess that would make sense.
On a more positive note, Charley "Ol Paw Paw" Maxwell is claimed as a native son in Paw Paw, although he was born in nearby Lawton. I bet Bill has a baseball card of Charley, who is still around. Also, from an earlier baseball era, the Killefer brothers, Bill and Red, went to high school in Paw Paw, although both were born in nearby Bloomingdale. To my knowledge, none of these guys spent time in the Paw Paw clink.
Sounds like a card I need if I don't have it.
