I have all those books, but none of those editions. I have the Mysterious Press editions, as well as a few odds and ends of most of the others. I read a library copy of The Plunder Squad and haven't read Butcher's Moon(used editions are a little pricey for my bank account).
Since I'm a pbo guy, I didn't save the reprints. I've run across a few in recent years (including BUTCHER'S MOON), but I sold them on eBay. I even found a hardcover of one at a library sale. Sold that one on eBay, too.
I wasn't even aware of this series at all until Mel Gibson did the movie Payback. I started with the TP and bought the rest off used sights. I got good prices for everything but Plunder Squad and Butcher's Moon.
I also have the Mysterious Press editions... I enjoyed the Gibson movie but there are so many good books to choose from, I wish they would film something other than The Hunter.
