Still trying to understand how Aniston always tops these lists, when her movies do middling business at most, and she has the talent, personality, and sex appeal of a dead flounder. I think I'd have to enlist the Oracle of Delphi to figure that one out. Jolie has about the same amount of talent, but at least she has some physical sex appeal, although she's likely to hit the wall in the next couple of years. Streep is way overrated. Julia Roberts, another puzzle to me in terms of popularity; how much longer is she going to coast on PRETTY WOMAN? Wiig I've never seen, but if she's not any better than the other actresses who have come out of SNL, Fey and Pohler included, forgeddabouddit. Sarah Jessica Parker ..whaat? I must say, I like Bullock, and there's something appealing about Stewart, so I'm not completely a sour old crank.
She only topped the list because the list went from 10 to 1. Sarah Jessica Parker was the one that really mystified me. Are residuals on "Sex and the City" really that big? You can sum up Kristen Wiig's presence on this list with one word: "Bridesmaids." She not only starred in it she co-wrote it (and was nominated for an Oscar for the screenplay).
Hard to believe Kristen Wiig. She's only made one or two movies, I think. Clearly skilled acting does not count for anything.
