I'll Just Have a Dr Pepper, Please

Oldest beer may surrender its recipe - UPI.com: "Samples of the world's oldest beer have been examined in Finland to determine its recipe, with plans to brew the historic beverage again, researchers say.

I remember reading about a brewery called Dogfish Head that has made a number of brews based upon remains uncovered in archaeology digs - one, Midas Touch, is based upon a 2700 year old Turkish recipe.
