Favorite Deezen scene: Spielberg's 1941. Eddie's a ventriloquist, sitting on watch with his dummy atop the Ferris wheel. The dummy is the first one to spot the enemy sub. Favorite Eddie Deezen story (which I hope isn't true): he shows up for an open casting call looking for an "Eddie Deezen type," but he doesn't get the part. So now I know that he's a fine writer too.
