The only good thing is that no-one was hurt. I haven't corresponded with James for quite some time, but I used to send him books by Australian western writer Marshall Grover (real name: Len Meares). When my wife and I visited Texas in 1995, James was a wonderful host while we were in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. There probably isn't much I can do to help, but if, in due course, James wants to restock his library with Marshall Grover titles I have a whole bunch I'd be delighted to send him.Graeme Flanaganhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08045389561203900931noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3668066.post-20711491205603725532008-01-31T17:23:00.000-06:002008-01-31T17:23:00.000-06:00"He grabbed the hose, turned back around and saw h..."He grabbed the hose, turned back around and saw how fast the fire was coming, said the hell with it, threw down the hose and ran into the house and grabbed the dog and ran like hell."<BR/><BR/>Smart man.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3668066.post-85992618481408188822008-01-31T16:20:00.000-06:002008-01-31T16:20:00.000-06:00Anything I can do, consider it done.Anything I can do, consider it done.Cap'n Bobhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11783977137812876489noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3668066.post-3425930412447730722008-01-30T21:33:00.000-06:002008-01-30T21:33:00.000-06:00Thanks for the update.
