Diana Rigg at her loveliest and arguably her sexiest, Oliver Reed when he was a young leading man in some first rate British movies, and Telly Savalas at a point when if he played a cop he was probably on the take. Probably the only things to survive from London's book were some - but hardly all - of the character names. And it doesn't matter because it is such a great example of late '60s excess.Brent McKeehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14883838112004433045noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3668066.post-47814162366964752752012-05-08T17:53:54.024-05:002012-05-08T17:53:54.024-05:00And great poster art by Robert McGinnis. Reed and Rigg make a wonderful team. I would also applaud the performance by Telly Savalas as their main opponent.Richard Westnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3668066.post-32302507846291834952012-05-08T10:55:49.950-05:002012-05-08T10:55:49.950-05:00This was one of the first movies I rented when I g...This was one of the first movies I rented when I got Netflix as part of my Victorian/Edwardian fixation. Tongue in cheek humor from two greats - Rigg & Reed.
