Parenthetically, I have to say that the Healthy Hawaiian Breakfast shown is more like a Healthy Breakfast in a tourist hotel! "Native" & generational hawaiians eat fruit as a supplement to their version of the usual high-fat, high-sugar diet represented by most of these breakfasts!
