We've been getting all kinds of Harvey stories by local NY reporters on the ground in Houston and it looks so bad, even in the areas where the water has gone down. They showed a section of I-10, but then next to it, it was still under water and they might be releasing more water from the reservoirs. This is not going to be "instant" as Trump said, by any means.
