I knew about most of these. Scarlett I've heard of long ago. And I remember previews for the Blues Brothers sequel. I thought everyone knew about the Buffy comics, but I guess not everyone keeps up with comics. (Though I'm pretty sure I never read them. The TV series lost something after she graduated from High School.)
Well, yeah...THE BLUES BROTHERS was the IT'S A MAD, MAD, MAD, MAD WORLD of its generation.
Meanwhile, "What few people realize is that the story of the Jungle Book began life as a collection of short stories published across several years in a number of magazines."
Few as in at least several million, one might guess, who've read THE JUNGLE BOOK, and some smaller number who've read the sequel volume over the last half-century and still recall them?

GREASE 2 was one of the worst movies, let alone sequels, of all time. It didn't exactly jump start Michelle Pfeiffer's career.

Speaking of sequels, Jackie is watching RETURN TO LONESOME DOVE on Encore (On Demand). Jon Voight is playing the Tommy Lee Jones role.

Have never seen it. Never will.

My mother and wife both read SCARLETT. It was a big deal at the time.
Hey, I thought the original Blues Brothers movie was overrated and only intermittently fun, so there was no way I was going to watch a sequel.
