Wha' Hoppen?
About 20 minutes ago the electricity went off in this part of town. Don't know about the rest of the world. Our generator is on, so we have power, but we don't have Internet. There's street construction nearby, so I suspect that someone might have cut a cable. Could be an interesting day.

We experience short (5-10 minutes) outages now and then. Hope your problem gets resolved fast. Maybe it's all that rain you've been getting!
Weird. Maybe it was terrorists, or Rick Perry.

Part of our town was without electricity yesterday evening and night after a tractor trailer rig hit two power poles. I was lucky - not close enough - but at least 3 of my co-workers were among the 1000 folks without power.
