"The Alligator Pe...Wow, this brings back memories. "The Alligator People" (on a double bill with "Return of the Fly") was one of the first movies I saw in the theater as a nipper. I seem to recall that, in the terminal stage of changing from man to gator, Richard Crane retained a human body but had a rather unconvincing (even for us 9-year-old kids in the audience)gator head. But the makeup in an earlier stage of change, where he still had human features but scaly skin, was actually pretty good and spooky.
