The man stretches the genre, with high-quality work such as he did with SHACKLES, A WASTELAND OF STRANGERS, BLUE LOMESOME and THE CRIMES OF JORDAN WISE. To pick up a "Nameless" mystery is to return to an old friend. I just want to curl up in a comfy chair and get lost reading. He has said many times, (and I'm not exact here) writing is not what I do, a writer is who I am. I'm very proud to call him a good friend.

Congratulations to you Bill. He's truly my oldest friend in the mystery world.
