Well, as we all found out last week there is nothing "forgotten" about Debbie-Eddie-Liz.Now William Desmond Taylor's murder is long forgotten. And no mention of Thelma Todd.
The only one I didn't know about was the Doheny murder which doesn't seem a "Hollywood" scandal, IMHO. It's a sign of how the morality of having a baby out of wedlock no longer makes an impression that the whole "studio-mandated abortions" scandal is designated as being caused by timing (it wouldn't be a good time for a starlet to have a baby, not it would be career suicide for any unmarried actress to have a baby).
I thought the George Reeves and Alfalfa cases were relatively well known (there was a book and a Ben Affleck movie about Reeves' death not that long ago). On the other hand, the ranks of those who remember Reeves and Switzer in the first place are fast thinning.
